We begin by grounding and setting intentions aligned with your healing needs. Music is intuitively chosen based on the calling of your healing and shared with you via YouTube.
35 Minutes | Reiki Healing
You rest comfortably while Reiki energy flows to where it is needed most, supporting balance, relaxation, and emotional clarity.
20 Minutes | Post-Session Discussion
We gently reflect on your experience. Any insights that came through are shared, and you’re welcome to ask questions or discuss what you noticed during the session.
